What we're building

Planned for private tutors

1

Lesson calendar

One-to-one and small-group lessons, repeating schedules, cancellations and make-up lessons in one calendar.

2

Automatic invoices

Bill by attendance or by package. Families get an invoice and a payment link without you lifting a finger.

3

Progress notes

Jot a note after each lesson, set goals, and share a clear progress summary with parents.

4

Reminders

Lesson reminders by SMS and WhatsApp so students turn up and fewer lessons get missed.

5

Families & students

Several children per family, contact details, notes and history, all in one profile.

6

Grow a team

Add other tutors, share students between them, and track payouts when you are ready to scale.
